Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager (PM)/ Lead Engineers.
  • Prepare for meetings, issue agenda, take meeting minutes/ notes, formalize meeting minutes/ notes, distribute as needed.
  • Schedule meeting invites and inviting attendees.
  • Maintain Project Technical “Follow Up/ To Do List” and issue to staff. Follow up with staff on status of items.
  • Be the “Keeper” of the Project Design Schedule. Update our project management software as schedule changes and when deliverables are issued. Make sure internal design team is informed of project due dates. Monitor schedule and deliverables to make sure due dates are met and completed with PK standards.
  • Monitor the internal & external Quality Assurance/ Quality Control process. This includes scheduling QA/QC reviews with staff, QA/QC documented processes are followed, and reports are documented and issued.
  • Manage ALL project documentation including emails, meeting minutes, reports, drawings & specifications, schedules, contact lists, etc. Disseminate the information internally as needed.
  • Coordinate between Designers and the Client, cultivating and maintaining relationships ensuring the client is receiving the highest level of service possible. Checks-in with clients at 60% and 90% point on projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have a college degree.
  • Possess an upbeat attitude and neat, professional appearance.
  • Ability to articulate strategies in a clear, concise, and decisive manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, subordinates, and customers.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Skilled with all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle short deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Quick learner, strong teacher, and adaptive.
  • Experience in engineering/AEC industry, specifically electrical and communications engineering, is a plus.
